"My experience with State Farm has been extremely disappointing and is the reason I decided to leave.

The customer service has been poor and frustrating. When I called to discuss my policy and asked to speak with another representative because José was unavailable, I was treated in a rude and dismissive manner. Instead of trying to help, the representative spoke to me aggressively and made me feel like my concerns did not matter.

In addition, I experienced multiple issues with my policy. My monthly premium increased several times, sometimes by $50–$60, and I felt that these changes were not clearly communicated or properly explained. I also encountered errors regarding vehicles being added to or removed from my policy, and it often seemed that representatives did not have complete or accurate information about my account.

As a customer, I expect transparency, professionalism, and accurate policy management. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Between the poor customer service, lack of clear communication, and repeated policy issues, I can no longer recommend this company.

I hope State Farm takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both its customer service and policy management processes."

"Took my mom to do her insurance. They told us everything was fine but we got a letter from the insurance company stating they're going to cancel the policy. When I called Rami's office they stated to they'll take care of it once I drop off all the documents again.

Did that and ended up having no insurance because the office sent my documents too late to the insurance company. When I called to ask them they told me to come in and do everything for a 3rd time.

Horrible customer service and the lady I spoke to didn't seem knowledgeable. Every question o had she told me she'll call back because she doesn't know."
